REV STANDARD SESSIONS VS REVFLEX SESSIONS
What’s the Difference Between a standard REVFIT session and a 30 min REVFLEX session?
Our standard 50-minute session combines strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for a full-body workout. With a balanced blend of warm-up, mobility, and intense work phases, it’s perfect for those who want a thorough, all-encompassing fitness experience that includes a long warmup and cool down, as often more rest between sets or intervals.
REVFLEX is designed for those who need to fit an effective workout into a shorter time frame. This 30-minute class is a condensed version of our standard 50 minute session, offering the same benefits in a more time-efficient format. By shortening the warm-up and rest intervals, REVFLEX delivers the same intensity and results in less time. Think of it as a standard REVFIT session that's just packed into 30 minutes of high-energy, non-stop action.
Why Choose REVFLEX?
Efficiency: Get the same powerful workout in less time.
Intensity: Shorter rest intervals mean you’re working just as hard, if not harder.
Flexibility: Perfect for those with a tight schedule who don’t want to compromise on fitness.
REVFLEX is not a diluted version of REVFIT—it's a streamlined, efficient way to achieve the same great results. For those who want to maximize every minute, REVFLEX is your go-to class.
What locations offer REV FLEX sessions?
For right now we are offering these sessions exclusively in Alliance (starting on Sept 3).
Do REV FLEX and regular REVFIT sessions count as 1 session if I’m on a per-week membership?
Yes, all REVFIT sessions are 1 credit.
