SAFETY
What measures are you taking to reduce the risk of virus exposure?
We are one of the first fitness studios in the nation to install special lighting in our studio that disinfects up to 99.9% of bacteria and viral loads. This helps to reduce the need for a mask while you are working out.
On top of this, we have also designed our fitness space to allow for distancing; you’ll always have your own distanced “box” to perform your exercises prior to rotating to the next box. You’ll also never have to share equipment prior to it being cleaned with disinfectant wipes.
Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer are also readily available throughout our space to add an extra layer of protection on top of our regular studio cleaning procedures.
FIRST TIME VISITORS
First time visitors: in addition to the questions in this section, please make sure to familiarize yourself with our Reservation, Waitlist, Late Arrival, No-Show Fee, Late Cancel Fee policies below in the RESERVING & ATTENTION SESSIONS and MEMBERSHIPS & MONEY STUFF sections.
Will I be okay if I’m a beginner or not already in shape?
Absolutely! Our studio prides itself on the experience of everyone that walks in the door from it being your first time working out to a pro. You are in great hands, as all of our trainers are certified with a vast knowledge of kinesiology and will provide any modifications you need along the way, whether due to an injury or your overall fitness level. All we ask is that you let our trainers know if you have any injuries or any concerns at the beginning of the session. They will take it from there!
I’m a first-time-visitor. What should I expect? When should I arrive?
First off… YAY! It’s your first time! As a first timer we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your session so our staff can help you prepare with a breakdown of what to expect and how our sessions run. All we ask beyond that is to come in comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. We will provide the towel and water!
Here’s also a quick video of what to expect: https://vimeo.com/578920856
How often should I go?
We are a results based studio and one size does not fit all. We will work with you on goal setting and discuss the best plan for those goals. That said, if you are looking for a measurable result we do recommend about 3 to 4 sessions per week. Also talk to us about our special 7 week and 12 week programs that include nutrition and accountability.
Why do days of the week focus on different muscle groups?
We take the same protocols and science that a personal trainer would train a client one on one and apply them to a group setting. To see real, consistent and constant results without plateauing, you have to hit a muscle group hard in a single day vs hitting a muscle group less intensively spread over multiple days. Working full body everyday will likely lead to plateaus or also injuries. We believe in delivering consistent results, which is why we chose this science based approach.
What if I’m pregnant or just had a baby?
We strongly recommend you talk with your doctor about what is appropriate for you. Everyone is different. Plus, the details of each pregnancy can differ. While continuing a reasonable program of physical activity and exercise during/after pregnancy often can be beneficial, some modification to exercise routines and exertion levels may be appropriate. Again, we recommend you discuss what is best for you with your doctor, and make sure your doctor knows what a Rev workout entails.
If you wish, you can freeze a membership for the duration of your pregnancy. We support you and when you are ready to come back to class postpartum, you can take it at your own pace. You know your body best and we are so impressed with our Mamas-to-be and new mamas in class.
How old do I have to be to come to Rev?
15 is the magic number to attend RevFit, but you have to be accompanied by an adult until you are 18.
STUDIO AMENITIES & EXPERIENCE
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
We have free lockers (with locks) available in our main lobby. We have changing rooms and showers available.
Do you have towel service?
Yes, we have both sweat towels for your workout and towels for the shower.
Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?
We have a shared filtered water station available for you to fill up your own bottle or you can purchase bottled water from our fridge. You are also more than welcome to bring your own.
Can I leave my kids, pets, or other items in the lobby?
We’d love to share the RevFit love with everyone, but we unfortunately can’t be liable for anything left in our lobby area. We do not offer child or pet sitting at this time. We love the little ones, but all children must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times.
Can I bring my phone into class with me?
We strongly prefer if you “check out” and leave your phone in your locker. But if you must bring it into your session please don't allow it to be a distraction to yourself, and especially to others, otherwise we may ask you to not bring your phone into future classes
RESERVING & ATTENDING SESSIONS
We highly recommend that you reserve your sessions in advance on our free mobile app or website.
What time do I need to arrive at my session?
First Time Visitor: You should arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
Everyone else: We require that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your session. There is a lot that goes into the experience of each session and we want you to have the best experience possible.
What if I’m running late?
If there is not a waitlist we allow entry up to 5 minutes past the start of the sessions. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for your safety and the experience of other members.
If there is a waitlist we will hold your spot for 5 minutes past the start of the session before your spot is released to someone who is present and waiting for your spot.
What is the waitlist?
If the session you want is sold out, you can get on our waitlist. Please only go on a waitlist if you are fully committed to attending the session if a spot opens up, because as members cancel, you will be automatically added to the session up to 90 min prior to your session. If you get added to the session and do not show up or cancel, you will be subject to our late cancel and no-show penalties.
If you secure a waitlist spot 90 min or more from the scheduled start time of the session, we will notify you by email.
If a spot doesn’t open by then, you still have a chance of getting in. Just arrive at least 5 minutes before the session starts and once we have our no-show count we’ll start adding clients from the waitlist in order of sign ups.
Can I move my reservation?
If you are outside the 12-hour cancellation window, you can always switch to another session that’s not already sold out. If you need to move your booking — but there are less than 12 hours until your scheduled session — that’s considered a cancellation and the above policy would apply.
Can I make a reservation for a friend or other guest?
If you are on a 6 Sessions Every 2 Weeks membership or higher, then you have the included benefit 1 guest pass per billing cycle! You can make guest reservations easily through our mobile app.

If you want to cancel and are on a contract, and therefore receiving a special rate that connected to the commitment period (for example a 3 month or 12 month commitment), then you are responsible for a $100 admin fee + the difference between your special rate and the regular month-to-month for the billing cycles that have already been paid.
Example: you are on a 3 month commitment and are receiving a $10/month discount relative to the month-to-month price. You want to cancel after month 2. You are responsible for covering the $100 admin fee + $10 for the discount you received for Month 1 and $10 for Month 2, for a total of $120.
What is your session cancellation policy?
All we ask is that if you are not going to be able to make the session, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. This allows us to make sure someone else gets your spot if you can’t make it!
Any sessions cancelled less than 12 hours before your session starts is a late cancel and will incur a $10 late cancel fee.
What if I don’t show up for my scheduled session?
If you book a session and don’t cancel it and don’t show up, you’ll incur a $15 no-show fee.
