We do not charge any fees to cancel your membership, however in both cases your request must be received at least 30 days prior to your desired last day. Also, please see our FAQ’s below regarding refunds.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE
It is typically best to request a membership freeze rather than a membership cancellation
Reasons to request a freeze:
You have a special membership rate & don’t want to lose it forever
Temporary financial issue
Temporary injury or personal health issue
Temporary break needed
Leaving town for 10 days or more

We hate break-ups, but if you must cancel your membership entirely, we’re here to help
Reasons to request a full cancellation:
You are moving out of the area
You know with 100% certainty that you will never be a regular member again (if you think there’s any chance you’ll be back, OR you want to hold onto a grandfathered rate, then FREEZE via button above)
Major injury or personal health issue that will restrict your training for at least 1 year
FAQ’s
What is your refund policy?
As applicable, sessions, membership packages, and special programs are non-refundable. No exceptions aside from our 14 day guarantee (see below).
We do not offer refunds on purchases for our services, beyond your statutory rights.
Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a credit will be issued for up to 30 days. No returns will be provided without a receipt.
14 Day No Sweat Guarantee
If you purchase a membership and have taken all of the sessions that are included within your initial 14 day billing cycle, and are unsatisfied in any way within 14 days of your initial purchase just let us know and we’ll provide a 100% refund no questions asked.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. If you need to freeze your membership at any point in time for any reason, we have your back. Our only requirements are that
1) you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to your next billing date
2) you have a start and end date for your freezes (no open-ended freezes)
3) your freeze is at least 10 days long
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, if you are on a month to month membership you can cancel anytime. Similar to a freeze we require that you notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to your desired last day and submitting your Cancel Request form. We are unable to take cancel requests via email, text, telephone, or verbally in person.
