Chelsy’s REVFIT Experience
Hi, my name is Chelsy, and I’ve been a REVFIT member for almost two years. Before joining, I worked out at traditional gyms, doing strength training on my own. I never thought group fitness would be challenging enough for me—until I tried REVFIT.
From day one, I realized this wasn’t just another workout class—it pushed me to my full capabilities. I walked in expecting a typical workout and left feeling stronger and more motivated than ever. That’s when I knew I had to join.
My First REVFIT Class—An Unforgettable Start
I have to admit, my first session was a little chaotic because I showed up late. I wasn’t sure where to go, so I just grabbed a tile and sat down randomly. The trainer at the time, Angelica, jumped right in and got me started.
Halfway through the workout, I decided I wanted to start at the power station—so I just jumped in and did my own thing. At the end, Angelica kindly let me know how the stations worked, but what stood out the most? No one judged me. I walked in unsure of what I was doing, but I left feeling like I belonged.

Recovering from Injury & Getting Stronger
I developed an ankle and foot injury from running and training, which required physical therapy. I was nervous about how it would affect my workouts, but REVFIT actually helped my recovery.
Many of the strength and stability exercises used in therapy were already part of the workouts.
Over time, my weaker side became stronger, and I haven’t had any re-injury in the last four months.
This gym doesn’t just push you—it helps you rebuild, recover, and come back stronger.
